THE HOUSE OF BISHOPS

Picture
The House of Bishops consists of every bishop in the Apostolic Communion of Churches. The function of the House of Bishops is twofold: it acts as a consultative body to the Archbishop, and to advise them in all matters pertaining to the governance of the Communion. They are the chief pastors of the Communion and as such they address the issues of the day pastorally.

This communion of churches—the Apostolic Communion of Churches—is a Convergence communion. What that means is that we are sacramental, evangelical, and Spirit-filled.

We are governed by our Archbishop and Chief Apostle, Apostolic Council, and House of Bishops. Our founder is Archbishop Thomas Henry Jr.
